Short BioOn 27th March 2020, I defended my PhD thesis (online) at the Department of Computer Science, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, supervised by Prof. F. A. Cheikh, Prof. O. J. Elle and Prof. A. Beghdadi. Before that, I received a Bachelor degree in electronic engineering from Shandong University (Jinan, China) in 2011 and a master degree in Erasmus Mundus master programme of media technology from CIMET (Colour in Informatics and Media Technology) in 2014. Before joining the Norwegian Colour and Visual Computing Laboratory at NTNU in 2016, I worked in the R&D institute of Ericsson China as a telecommunication engineer. Therefore, I hold knowledge in optics, color science, spectral imaging, hardware, signal processing, computer vision and image processing algorithms. Though those topics are diverse, they are all necessary for a better machine vision. My goal is to using computer vision/image processing techniques to solve real-world problems. My research interests include image processing, medical image analysis, computer vision and applied deep learning. Especially, I would like to work more on 3D reconstruction and understanding for computer/machine vision. I am open to collaborations for new research ideas and open-source projects. Interested? The best way to reach me is via Email or Linkedin. |
